COVID19 POLICY 

Updated policies to keep everyone safe:

  1. Masks are optional.

  2. We are limiting the number of clients we see daily. Please book in advance as appointments are limited.

  3. No visitors or children allowed with you at your appointment.

  4. Please wash hands BEFORE & AFTER each appointment.

  5. If you have been in contact with someone who is ill, are ill or have been out of the country with in the past 2 weeks please wait 14-21 days before coming in for an appointment.

  6. Please wait in your car until it is time for your appointment. We need to maintain space between each client so we have enough time to disinfect between each client and keep everyone safe.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Concord, North Carolina, just a few minutes from Concord Mills Mall. Check confirmation email for the street address.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

ALL clients are required to  BOOK ONLINE at www.internalappeal.com/sihair.

RETURNING clients have the additional option to PRE-BOOK or schedule their following appointment DURING SALON VISITS.

WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

Natural Hair Care is our specialty, and we are just as versatile as natural hair itself. We offer knotless braids, twists, starter locs, loc maintenance, haircuts, hair color, treatments, and more.

After viewing our services, if you have questions about a specific style, please send inspiration pictures to sahariman@internalappeal.com. In most cases we can recreate styles very closely to the what the client has in mind; however, in some cases it may be necessary to make adjustments and get creative in a way to best serve you.

All of our services are centered around hair health. No style is worth compromising the integrity of your hair. We will make expert recommendations and suggests what is best for you in maintaining your #naturalhairgoals.

IS SHAMPOO SERVICE INCLUDED?

Shampooing is always included when booking a full-service option in our salon. See details under desired service for more information.

IS HAIR INCLUDED?

We will provide hair for most styles that require extensions. See service menu to specify which services include hair.

**FOR BOOKED SERVICES THAT INCLUDE HAIR, send picture(s) of desired style AND hair color (1b, 2, 4, 8, 27, 30, 33, 350, burgundy) to sahariman@internalappeal.com.

**For BOOKED services that do NOT include hair, please remember to bring hair with you. Check appointment confirmation for details. For additional questions about hair email sahariman@internalappeal.com.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Estimated service duration is reflected on our service menu when you BOOK ONLINE. Please allow for extra time in the event that services take longer than estimated.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Please visit the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation message (sent via text and/or email) to reschedule or cancel your appointment AT LEAST 48 HOURS before appointment start time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty you must cancel or reschedule AT LEAST 48 HOURS before your appointment (example: you have until 11am Wednesday to cancel/reschedule if your appointment is 11am Friday).

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE after 48 HOUR mark will be charged half of all services booked, minus deposit.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged in full for all services booked AND unable to book future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS we are able to hold your appointments for 15 minutes past your appointment start time. If you are arriving more than 15 minutes late fees may apply and/or we may have to cancel or reschedule you. Please text (980) 290-3505 if you are running late so that we may communicate next steps. Please be considerate when scheduling/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
